Reduce no-shows

By sending a reminder to the customer, you can reduce the number of customers who do not show up for appointments.

Reminders can be sent by SMS or email, and the send time can be set based on the service start time. You can set it up so all customers receive a reminder, for example 24 hours before their appointment starts.
